50 at a whole other level!


How many years have you been involved in resistance and cardiovascular training?


I started training when I was 21 but I really started focusing on nutrition and training a little more than a decade ago.


How do you keep achieving better shape each and every year? 


I make my workouts a priority and make sure that I stay on the program without making excuses.


What is your recommendations on consistency and never give up attitude?


We all have valid reasons to why our time is so limited with what life throws at us. Being 50 years old and a mother of twins teaches you no day is going to be perfect but staying consistent has to become priority to keep in top shape and be an example to my kids.




How do you balance being a mom, having a family and keeping in such great shape?


I feel that when I feel at my best I am also going to be the best for my family in every way including teaching my kids a fit lifestyle led by example.


What is your favorite muscle group to train and 2 favorite exercises?


I love training shoulders and abs



One advice to those who want to achieve your level of fitness, especially moms?


As moms we play a big roll in our families. When we take care of ourselves and feel our best then we have a very positive impact on our family and that thought motivates me to keep training hard and trust the process and program that Melih F Cologlu creates for me.
